1. Order
Every order starts with a quote stating the service, the price and the timeline. The order is final once the quote is accepted.
2. Production and approval
Previews are submitted to the client during production. Changes requested beyond the quote may be charged extra.
3. Delivery and payment
Files are delivered once the balance is paid, in the formats stated on the quote.
4. Usage rights
Usage rights (which server, exclusivity, resale) are stated on each quote.
